TIC Health’s public website describes private GP services and diagnostic imaging, including MRI, CT and ultrasound. It also publishes explanatory healthcare content to help visitors understand its services.

The digital journey connects service research with appointment enquiries and booking. That creates different needs for prospective patients, returning visitors and the administration team handling requests.

Work included engineering and deploying an API-driven booking experience with data stored in a custom CRM, covering patient-facing and administrative flows. Interface redesign was supported by Google Analytics reporting and event tracking. Technical governance included input validation and sanitisation, two-factor authentication and CORS configuration. Content work included doctor-reviewed explanations of diagnostic imaging.
