Scope, responsibilities and next steps agreed before work begins.

How we can help

A checklist helps only when the important protections work in practice.

We agree exactly what we may test before we begin. We explain each finding, its likely effect and a practical next step. Technical privacy work can support your compliance work, but it does not replace legal advice or provide a formal certificate.

Useful for

Teams preparing a launch, taking over a website or investigating concerns about risk, usability or compliance implementation.

A proposal shaped around you

Choose the work your organisation needs.

We confirm the exact deliverables, responsibilities, cost and timing in writing. That keeps optional additions separate from the work required to reach your immediate goal.

A controlled delivery process

From the first decision to a usable handover.

The details change by service. The principles stay consistent: understand the need, check the work and leave your team with clear ownership.

01

Define the right work

Agree the systems, permissions and type of review before any testing. We distinguish a website configuration review from a broader security assessment, privacy review or accessibility audit. The scope should identify the standards and checks involved, what evidence is available and which areas require a separate qualified adviser.

02

Check before relying on it

Findings should explain the issue, its likely impact and a practical next step. Depending on the scope, review can cover access controls, recovery arrangements, form behaviour, consent implementation and keyboard usability. Automated checks are useful inputs but do not replace manual review or prove that a site is fully compliant or secure.

03

Handover and improve

A prioritised action list helps your team address the most relevant issues first. Remediation and retesting can be scoped separately, with responsibility for policy decisions remaining clear. We do not offer a blanket compliance certificate or a guarantee against future incidents. Legal interpretation may require advice from a qualified professional.

Behind the scenes we use a wide range of professional tools such as OWASP ZAP, axe DevTools, screen readers and header scanners. You see the process and the reasoning, not a list of software; the full technology inventory for this service is at the end of the page. See the technologies we use

Before you enquire

Questions worth answering early.

Does this certify compliance?

No. A technical review does not certify GDPR compliance or guarantee that a system is secure. We clearly explain what we checked, what we did not check and what we found.

Can you carry out the fixes?

Yes, where we have the required skills and permission. We quote repair work and follow-up testing separately from the first review.

Is an accessibility widget enough?

No. Accessibility depends on the content, code and journeys built into the website. Optional tools can help some people, but they do not replace that work.
