Internet Matters is an independent, not-for-profit organisation launched in 2014. It provides information and practical advice to parents and carers about children’s online lives, with resources also supporting educators and other professionals.

Its public platform brings together safety guides, research, family resources and interactive activities. Visitors arrive with different levels of technical confidence, so finding understandable, relevant information is central to the experience.

The historical role combined full-stack development with technical SEO and measurement. Work included custom educational applications and games, GA4 and Tag Manager configuration, key-event reporting, code refactoring and improvements to performance and accessibility. Cloudflare protection and mandatory two-factor authentication supported administration security.
